Terms of Buy (License Agreement)

Last Updated: July 14, 2026. Please read this Software License Agreement carefully before purchasing or downloading the AI Writer software source bundle.

⚠️ Core License Condition

You are purchasing a license to use this software for your own personal and commercial projects. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the source code bundle in any format without our explicit written permission.

1. Grant of License

Upon receipt of payment, AI Writer Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable Developer License to:

  • Install, deploy, and execute the software on your own domains or client domains that you manage.
  • Modify and customize the source code (PHP, JS, CSS, SQL) to match your custom design layouts or business workflows.

2. Ownership and Restrictions

This is a license to use, not a transfer of ownership of the underlying copyrights of the software. You agree that:

  • No Reselling / Distribution: You may not bundle, package, copy, or redistribute the source code files or sell templates derived from the code files in public directories, repositories (such as GitHub), marketplace templates, or standalone software products without written authorization from us.
  • Single Buyer Scope: The license credentials and download access token are linked strictly to your verified Google account. Sublicensing or sharing access credentials with third-party software brokers is a breach of this license.

3. Delivery and Refunds

Since the software is delivered via digital download of the full source archive (.zip) instantly upon checkout verification, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds once the download link has been clicked or generated on your buyer dashboard.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall AI Writer Inc. be held liable for database corruptions, data loss, API rate-limiting penalties, or operational downtimes resulting from modifications or integrations made to the self-hosted software bundle.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its restrictions (such as sharing the source code publicly or reselling it). Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software code bundle in your possession.
